Fraud Insurance Claims

In an insurance agreement, the insurer has a definite, undeniable responsibility to you, the insured. In the unfortunate event of an accident, medical bill, or other monetary insurance need, it is your right to receive coverage in exchange for the investment you have made. Conversely, opposite the responsibility the lender has to you, the insured also has a responsibility to the lender. This responsibility is legally binding, that you must maintain honesty when reporting insurance claims, just as insurer is to maintain honesty when fulfilling them. If you, as the insured party, makes a dishonest claim, you have placed yourself in legal jeopardy by filing a fraud insurance claim. By law, any insurance claim that consists of deception or misrepresentation of the details provided is unlawful. If a life insurance claim is knowingly made on a living person, the person making the claim can be prosecuted, including the possibility of jail time for fraud.
